Air New Zealand is a much-loved airline. Super keen customers post very nice things about them on social media all the time. In an age of haters and trolls, the fact that Air New Zealand brings out the lovers and likers,
speaks volumes about the customer experience they deliver.
Using real, honest testimonials sourced from social media and read out by our crew, allowed us to engage consultants in a way that was at once familiar and authentic.
