ABOUT
I’ve lived in the inner west of Sydney my entire adult life but escaped the big smoke during lock-down for a sea-change to Newcastle. I love hokey regional op shops and posh Pinot Noir, challenging existential films with subtitles and perving in people’s windows at night.
After working in advertising for over 10 years, I decided to compliment these skills with some formal UX traning at Uni. I finished the course with an Excellence Award, meaning I scored the highest marks across all the design courses running that year. What. A. Nerd. I’m currently working at The NRMA (motoring) designing and testing app and website experiences across their group.
I’m pretty serious about creating solutions that people love, and having true empathy for your audience. How do people, learn, feel, think and react, before, during and after the interaction with the product. I love talking to users and having assumptions proven wrong almost as much as I enjoy building components for user-friendly interfaces.
